The City of Inglewood is pleased to announce the launch of our citywide mobile request application. The City of Inglewood Mobile QA is a mobile application that enables the residents and businesses of Inglewood to submit non-emergency requests to the responsible City of Inglewood departments using a smart phone or tablet. A typical City of Inglewood service request can be anything from traffic obstructions to identifying road closures. The mobile application is quick and easy to use as the submission requires just a few clicks and minimal typing.
As a smartphone application MobileQA will allow users to snap and submit photos and provide locations of different problems that need to be addressed in our city staff. Citizens will be notified of the progress of their issue through to the resolution of their problem. The application and updates are free and available to citizens on www.cityofInglewood.org, Google Play, iTunes, etc. The application is available for iOS and Android smartphones. MobileQA is easy to install and is similar to installing any other mobile app. It is configured with a citizen action request user profile.
The application uses GPS technology to automatically provide the problem's location to service crews, streamlining the reporting process.
Saves user profile for application reuse.
Captures or uses existing photo to attach to service request.
Automatic routing of request to specific City of Inglewood department.
Secured transmission of data using 128-bit SSL encryption.
Confirmation email sent to user with reference id for request.
