The Annual Performance Report is due to the Department of Housing and Urban Development within 90 days of the City's program year. It gives a detailed description of sources of funding, amount of funding, and the allocation of funding for projects and activities to meet the needs of low-income individuals.

The CAPER is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and the CDBG Division.
