The Herald Publications is the adjudicated newspaper of record for the City of Inglewood for all-routine bids and proposals. Bid announcements are published at least once, no less than fifteen days prior to the bid/proposal submission deadline. Bid announcements are also available in the Purchasing Division’s reception area and on the City’s Purchasing Division Web page.
