Planning Division staff are available at the Planning counter in the Community Development Department, located in City Hall, Fourth Floor, to answer any questions.  The Planning counter is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on alternate Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Planning Division counter staff will answer questions about Zoning Information, Land Use Information, Development Standards, Procedures, timelines and fee structure.

Certain case applications can be approved "over the counter" while you wait. Some "over the counter" approvals include:

 • Fence Permit

 • Sign permit

 • Home Occupation Permit

 • Room Additions

 • Business License
