Where can I find the agenda before a meeting?

As well as viewing the agenda by clicking on the PDF or HTML shown below copies of the agenda are available at the fourth floor front counter at City Hall, One Manchester Boulevard. Agendas are ready by 4:30 p.m. on Friday before a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. After hours, the agenda can be viewed online, in the window box in front of City Hall, on the bulletin board at the Main Library and on City Hall entryway doors. Supplemental documents relating to specific agenda items are available for viewing by request at the Planning Division Office. You can also e-mail your request to the Webmaster.

Can I get the agenda/minutes mailed to my home/business?

Yes, you can subscribe to agendas and minutes in January of each year. The annual subscription for agendas is  the cost of postage and the City requests that you provide your own envelopes and postage.  If you would like to subscribe to the agenda/minutes, contact the Planning Division office at One Manchester Boulevard. Agendas are mailed on the Friday before a meeting, and you will receive it on Monday or Tuesday (depending on postal service).

You may subscribe to the agenda at any time by e-mail – just send us your name and e-mail address to register. Your subscription will begin immediately and you will receive it on the Friday before the Regular Council meeting. Agendas sent by e-mail are free. Minutes are not e-mailed, but can be obtained by contacting the Commission secretary.

Can I contact the Commissioners prior to a meeting?

Although the Planning Commission members prefer to communicate with the public during the regularly scheduled meetings, you may also leave messages or information for the Commission at the Planning Counter, One Manchester Boulevard.  The items will be delivered to the Commission on Friday before a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting.
