Planning permit applications are submitted to the Planning Division, fourth floor of Inglewood City Hall, One Manchester Boulevard. The Planning staff is responsible for reviewing plans for compliance with Chapter 12 of the Inglewood Municipal Code (Zoning) for new construction, landscaping and remodeling. The Planning staff also reviews discretionary and administrative applications such as special use permits and business licenses.
