To submit your GIS Services request click here GIS/Map Request Forms Process Step 1: Fill out and complete the entire GIS/Map request form. Step 2: Submit the request form via web application.   Step 3: Once the application is received, it will be reviewed by the GIS Manager and approved by the Public Works Director.   Step 4: After your application is approved it will be logged in the request queue and your request will be processed on a “first come, first serve” basis.   Step 5: Upon completion, staff will contact the requestor and deliverables will be delivered. *Note: Our staff needs a minimum of 24 hours after approval to complete all project requests depending on the complexity.
