The South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB) and the City of Inglewood have been in partnership for many years, with a long history of the SBWIB providing employment opportunities to thousands of adults and youth through the Inglewood South Bay One-Stop Business & Career Centers. Continuing in their diligent work, this years Yes Youth Can II Summer Youth Employment Program was augmented by stimulus funds to provide summer youth employment for qualifying young people, including those in CalWORKs families, in foster care or emancipating from foster care.
