The (three part) report focuses on the City’s strengths and opportunities, key issues to be addressed as a City looks forward and offers recommendations for next steps in planning and implementation strategies.
Volume I provides a very detailed description of the economics of the City with a focus on current demographics and business conditions, and opportunities.
Volume II focuses on specific sites and suggestions for development .
Volume III is a summary of Volumes I and II.
