The Inglewood Redevelopment Agency is requesting RFP’s from qualified persons, firms, organizations and/or developers who are interested in developing 2.8 acres of land, located at 200 North La Brea Avenue (also referred to as the D-3 Site). The project should consist of a commercial/retail/entertainment development that would complement Inglewood’s downtown district.
Deadline to submit a proposal is May 21, 2004, 5:30 P.M.
