30th Annual Classic Car Show Winners Announced
First Place People's Choice Award Winner The City’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department hosted its 30th Annual Fall Classic Car Show on Saturday, October 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The event, which coincided with the Inglewood Celebrates the Arts Market Street Festival, took place in Downtown Inglewood along historic Market Street and featured 80 vintage - pre-1970 - vehicles and some special invited vehicles.   

The City would like to recognize the following Classic Car Show winners:  

People’s Choice 1st Place:  Lawrence Dary - 1963 Chevy Impala (pictured with trophy)

Mayor’s Choice: James Kyles - 1957 Ford Thunderbird

Best Original Car 1st Place: James Rawls - 1957 Ford T-Bird

Best Original Truck 1st Place: Victor Rodriguez - 1950 Chevy 3100

Best Custom Low Rider Car 1st Place: Thomas Witherspoon - 1966 Cadillac Coupe

Best Custom Low Rider Truck 1st Place:  Iziah Brown - 1956 Ford F100 Truck

Best Hot Rod Custom Car 1st Place: Robert Harmon - 1967 Chevy Camaro

Best Hot Rod Custom Truck 1st Place:  Ellsworth Hall - 1956 Ford

Best Street Custom Car 1st Place:  Lawrence Dary - 1963 Chevy Impala

Best Street Custom Truck 1st Place:  Willie Davis - 1955 Chevy

Most Car Club Affiliation:  Black Classic Car Club
