In many instances BID’s have been credited with increasing foot traffic in Downtown’s by providing increased security, marketing, street and infrastructure improvements, and by creating a collective identity for area merchants.
For a little over a year, a collaborative consisting of City Staff, Downtown merchants and property owners, and consultant S.L. Franklin & Associates has been researching the feasibility of starting a BID right here in Inglewood.
