Business Improvement District Considered for Downtown Inglwood
In many instances BID’s have been credited with increasing foot traffic in Downtown’s by providing increased security, marketing, street and infrastructure improvements, and by creating a collective identity for area merchants.
For a little over a year, a collaborative consisting of City Staff, Downtown merchants and property owners, and consultant S.L.
