  The City of Inglewood will receive funding from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development
(HUD) to improve its very low-, low-, and moderate-income neighborhoods. The City needs your input and
opinions on the most important needs in your community. Please help your community and the City by
filling out this survey, and submitting it NO LATER THAN JULY 1, 2003.
