City Attorney's Office
The Mission of the City Attorney's Office is to provide high quality legal assistance to the City Council, Administration and all of the various City departments.

City Clerk's Office
The office of the City Clerk provides many public services, including management of records and documents, preparation of agendas for City Council meetings, and supervising municipal elections.

City Treasurer's Office
The City Treasurer is elected at large and serves a four-year term. The City Treasurer is charged with safely investing public funds in a manner that shall provide the highest investment yield in accordance with the highest security criteria, safety, liquidity and yield.

Development Services Department
The goal of the Development Services Department is to capitalize on the synergy and interdependence of the various division functions by utilizing the regulatory process to produce a balance of safe, attractive, well-maintained residential communities, vibrant commercial centers, varied business, and employment opportunities for residents in order to enrich the experience of residents, businesses, and visitors.

The Finance Department’s mission is to provide sound fiscal management for the City using accepted accounting principles and to support City officials and departmental operations through a variety of quality financial services and customer service.

Housing
The Inglewood Housing Authority (IHA) has a primary focus on improving service delivery to clients, expanding housing choice voucher options for clients, providing safe environments in which to live, and improving compliance with changing Housing and Urban Development policies.

Housing Protection
The City of Inglewood’s Housing Protection Department is responsible for monitoring and enforcing the City’s rent regulations and just cause eviction protections.

Parks, Recreation & Community Services
The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is charged with enhancing the quality of life for Inglewood residents, businesses and visitors through the provision of comprehensive recreational, social and community beautification services and programs.

Police
The Inglewood Police Department employs 186 sworn personnel and 92 civilian support personnel. The Department consists of multiple resources, such as specially trained canine teams, directed enforcement units, scientific services investigators, bike teams, community affairs, fiscal services and recruitment.

Public Works
The City of Inglewood Public Works Department oversees the safety and maintenance of roadways, sidewalks, and alleys; water, sewer, and storm drain systems; city vehicles and equipment, in addition to traffic signal lighting and signage.

Residential Sound Insulation Department
The Mission of the Residential Sound Insulation Department is to provide an improved quality of life for those residents impacted by aircraft noise within designated noise contours.
