The Court Liaison Section is in charge of receiving and preparing incoming subpoenas. The Subpoena Clerk is responsible for the distribution of the subpoenas and notifying the officers in a timely manner when applicable that they are required to appear in court.
The Subpoena process is as follows:
1. Contact the Court Liaison Section to see if the officer will be available for court.
2. Pay the Cashier's office at Inglewood City Hall on the 1st floor (typically $275 but varies).
3. Bring a copy of your receipt and the subpoena to the Court Liaison Section.
Civil Subpoenas require 5 to 10 business days between date of service and actual appearance date.
Subpoenas for records shall be served to the Court Liaison located at 1 Manchester Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301; 2nd FL in the Detective Bureau.
