The County of Los Angeles Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is collecting information from local businesses that suffered physical damage or economic injury from recent protests and/or looting. This information will be used to seek assistance from the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). The County has provided link to the SBA Physical Disaster Preliminary Damage Assessment Form to businesses so that it can request SBA assistance. https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/9e94e8054be5479fa680775628871153
The business community is invited to complete the form as soon as possible. The County needs 25 businesses with significant damages or uninsured losses to qualify and will continue to take submissions until it qualifies for a SBA Declaration.
