Sewer System

City of Inglewood provides sewer service to the community through a collection system comprising of 145 miles of gravity sewer pipes ranging from four to fifteen inches in diameter  and 3,100 manholes. The majority of sewers tie directly into Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts’ (LACSD) trunk sewers crossing through the City located primarily in arterial streets (La Cienega Blvd, La Brea Avenue, Prairie Avenue, Manchester Blvd, Century Blvd, Crenshaw Blvd, 108th Street, and Yukon Avenue. There are about 200 connections to LACSD trunk sewers, which send City wastewater out to the South to LACSD Joint Water Pollution Control Plant.

For more information or reporting of sewer overflow, please contact Inglewood Public Works Department (310)412-5333.
