About the Inglewood Transit Connector Joint Powers Authority
The City of Inglewood and the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority have entered into a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA), a single purpose governmental entity tasked with owning, managing, and overseeing the design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Inglewood Transit Connector Project, a 1.6 mile elevated automated guideway that will connect the Metro K Line’s Downtown Inglewood Station to the City’s expanding housing, jobs, commercial, and entertainment venues along Prairie Avenue.
