Responsibilities
The Systems Analysis and Implementation division oversees the analysis, design, implementation, and overall project management of information technology-based solutions among the various operating departments of the City. Monitor all business and public safety systems, and provide analysis and support services to enhance them.
Also expand and over see the city's growth in the implementation and utilization of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) technologies and processes. Provide project management, training, and support to the operating departments of the City as it relates the City's EDMS, Web-related, and mainframe migration initiatives and activities.
