FIRE PREVENTION OFFICE
The Fire Prevention Office is responsible for plan checks, new construction field Inspections, annual business inspections, the issuance of fire permits, along with additional services.

REQUEST FOR FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS) REPORTS
Fire and EMS Reports are available from the Los Angeles County Fire Department Public Records Office approximately two (2) weeks following an incident.  For information on how to obtain a copy of a Fire and EMS Report, please contact the Public Records Office at (323) 890-4360.
