Reserve a Meeting Room / Facility

Rental fees are established per Inglewood Municipal Code - Chapter 2 - Article 8 - Section 2-271) The following charges shall apply for rental of the City's parks and recreation facilities.

Auditoriums at All Recreation Centers


For each one-hour period (minimum rental of two hours) the fees are as follows.
  • Non-Resident Groups -$40/Hour
  • Non-Resident Groups With Events With Admission Charges - $75/Hour
  • Resident Groups - $20/Hour
  • Resident Groups With Events With Admission Charges - $40/Hour

Lobbies & Patios at All Recreation Centers


For each one-hour period (minimum rental of two hours) the fees are as follows.
  • Non-Resident Groups -$20/Hour
  • Resident Groups - $10/Hour

Conference Rooms at All Recreation-Centers


For each one-hour period (available only to resident groups) the fees are as follows.
  • Resident groups only - No fee shall be charged.

Picnic Areas at All Recreation Centers


There is a minimum rental of two hours and the fees are as follows.
  • Non-Resident Groups - $40/Hour
  • Over One Thousand Persons - Special Council Permit Required
  • Resident Groups - No Fee Shall Be Charged

Baseball Diamonds & Athletic Fields


  • Non-Resident groups - For a minimum of two hours or until the game is finished, but not to exceed three hours, the fee is $20/hour
  • Resident groups - No reservation fee will be charged provided that groups meet eligibility requirements listed in Section 2-270.3.

Inglewood Playhouse at Vincent Park


Resident Groups


  • Clean-Up Fee - $25 Per Performance
  • Damage Deposit - $250 (Refundable)
  • Performances - $25/Hour (Four Hour Minimum, First Day; Per Hour Each Additional Day)
  • Rehearsal - $15/Hour
Additional costs may also be required for lighting and sound technicians, staffing costs for the Playhouse Manager are separate and are based on actual staffing costs and time.

Non-Resident Groups


  • Clean-Up Fee - $25 Per Performance
