About Custody

Inglewood Police Department maintains a detention facility for adult arrestees.  Prisoners are held until they go to court or until they are bailed out from this department.

As part of the Inglewood Police Department’s COVID-19 prevention efforts, all non-professional visitation has been suspended until further notice. Arrested persons may still receive visits from qualified legal representatives. While we regret any inconvenience this action may cause, we must take this course of action in order to protect the health of our employees as well as those persons housed within our Jail facility. In the meantime, persons housed in our Jail will have increased access to telephones to mitigate the impact this has on family members.

Any questions can be directed to Watch Commander at 310-412-5206.

Inmates can receive visitation seven days a week from 12pm -  3pm.
