Staff report recommending approval of the Amended and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement (Amended DDA) by and between the City of Inglewood (City), and K.P. Auto Center L.P., (Developer) providing for: (i) the development of automotive uses and related retail sales  authorized by applicable City zoning and land use requirements, along with certain building improvements, paved and asphalted parking, and landscaping on certain real property purchased by the Developer from the City of Inglewood as Successor Agency to the Inglewood Redevelopment Agency (Successor Agency) located at the Southwest corner of Olive Street and Glasgow Avenue (Agency Parcel), in conjunction with certain adjacent and Developer-owned real property (Participating Parcel); and (ii) a reimbursement payment of One Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($1,330,000) (Reimbursement Amount) payable to the Developer from the City to offset certain litigations costs and expenses incurred by Developer as a result of certain project delays and lost development opportunities caused by the City and the Successor Agency.
