Staff report recommending approval of the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) pursuant to the Amended and Restated Redevelopment Plan for the Merged Inglewood Redevelopment Plan Project Area by and between the City of Inglewood, a municipal corporation, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, a California non-profit corporation, concerning the acquisition and renovation of the former African-American Male Achievers Network, Inc., building located at 101 through 105 South La Brea Avenue, Inglewood, California 90301 (bearing Los Angeles County Assessor’s Parcel No. 4021-009-911), as a youth orchestra center and program, as more particularly described therein.
