1. Tadele Hadush for alleged personal injury; pavement condition on April 6, 2021.
Staff report recommending authorization to pay Invoice Number 910009072 submitted on September 14, 2021, by EMCOR Services/Mesa Energy System (EMCOR), for emergency repairs to the Senior Center Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) building air condition system. (General Fund)
Staff report recommending adoption of a resolution adopting gross annual income guidelines for the City’s Utility Users Tax (UUT) Refund Program for low-income seniors, and the Refuse Collection and Water Services Fee Discount Program for senior and disabled citizens.
Staff report requesting that a public hearing be set to receive input from the public, regarding the redrawing of City Council district boundaries, in accordance with the Fair Maps Act.
