The City of Inglewood in collaboration with the Los Angeles Rams are proud to present a Youth Flag Football League for boys and girls ages 5-12. The league is designed to build community by introducing the sport of flag football, focusing on fundamental development, skill progression, learning the game and having fun in competition.
