The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department offers an Early Learns Play to Learn program for children ages 3 to 4. The program is designed to provide children with a diverse, exciting and stimulating environment. Programs are located at The Lockhaven Community Center, Rogers Park and Siminski Park.
