(Source: Inglewood Times) Inglewood District 1 Councilman George Dotson hosts a Document Shredding event. At this regularly held event, Inglewood Residents can have their documents securely and privately destroyed at no cost.
Residents can drive up and volunteers will pull out documents from their vehicle, which will be promptly destroyed. Non-shreddable items such as plastic bags, thick books, binders and other non-paper materials will be returned to the vehicle.
Helping out at the event are Inglewood Youth Foundation volunteers, helping to guide and direct traffic, and to collect the documents from residents vehicles. Volunteers also passed out goodies, such as reusable water bottles and reusable metal drinking straw kits.
