As part of the citizen participation process, the City seeks community input annually from its residents. For the upcoming  fiscal year, October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018, the City will conduct community meetings and requests survey responses of residents regarding the needs of extremely low, very low-, low -to-moderate-income neighborhoods and     community services.  Surveys will assist the City to determine which needs are most important to residents and will assist with ongoing planning for the expenditure of federal HOME and CDBG funds.
