[ARCHIVED] KING FEST 2023

MLK ENG

The City of Inglewood will host its annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration on Saturday, January 14, 2023.  This year’s memorial of Dr. King’s legacy will be extremely significant as it is Inglewood’s 40th annual commemoration of the life and accomplishments of Dr. King. The City will kick-off its 2023 King Day celebration at 11:00 a.m. with the King Fest Family Festival, taking place along downtown Market Street (from Regent Street to Nutwood Street).  King Fest is a fun-filled family event with commercial vendors, interactive games, food booths, food trucks, health screenings, and two stages with live entertainment, including Noel Gourdin, the KJLH Radio Free Voices, Andrew Gouche, Tiffany Gouche, The Reel Band, and more. The event will also include some of Inglewood’s and L.A’s hottest DJs. Join us!

The City of Inglewood’s King Day celebration is sponsored by Consolidated Disposal Services, Intuit Dome, Los Angeles Clippers, Kia Forum, Los Angeles Rams, KJLH 102.3 FM, and the Inglewood Unified School District.  For more information about Inglewood’s King Day Celebration, call (310) 412-8750 or visit the City’s website at www.cityofinglewood.org.
