Do I need a permit for a large trash container or construction bin?

Large trash containers and construction bins that will be placed in the street must be properly permitted. An Encroachment Permit must be obtained from the Public Works Department office located at: Public Works Department City Hall 1 Manchester Boulevard 3rd Floor Inglewood, CA 90301

The fee is $212 per week. For encroachment at meters, the fee is $7 per meter per day in addition to the weekly encroachment fee. Large trash containers must be obtained from Waste Management, 310-677-6500. They are the only authorized solid waste hauler in the City of Inglewood.
